Took the lead in reviving two struggling student clubs by stepping beyond my role to handle key administrative work, create new initiatives, and guide a motivated team toward fast, visible results. Streamlined operations, improved communication, and launched targeted outreach efforts that grew the Boxing Club’s reach by 100% and the Flying Club’s by 351% within months. Everything is set for the upcoming year!
